Development Plan
The 40-acre site includes 900 feet of ocean front and a brook that starts on the east side of the lot and ends on the western side emptying at the beach. As of winter 2021, the two roads have been constructed. One on the west side accessing the forested area and ending at the brook crossing, and the other on the east side road has also been constructed and runs the length of the lot bordering the same brook and circling back across the ocean front. Shrubs and bushes have been removed opening the shore front sections to construction. Engineering for water and connecting to the electrical grid is underway.
